We have just established the Enact Human Rights and Business Practice Group. And business is already booming! We advise and train multinational companies in the Nordics as well as in other parts of the world on human rights and linking it to sustainable development. The key to our success is our highly interactive methodology, our ability to attract international best talent and our passionate commitment. Now we are looking to expand our human rights team with a junior consultant.

Are YOU the person we are looking for?

Your fit with Enact: You will be part of our newly established Human Rights and Business Practice Group. We are working to increase business respect and support for human rights, and you will be a key player in this development. We are looking for a person who will support our team in the development of new methodologies, cutting edge analysis, new business models and developing the business case for companies to work with human rights. A systematic, analytical and creative mind will be an advantage in our dynamic team working on human rights from all corners of the world. Whereas our office is in Stockholm, we have clients and partners in Europe, Africa, Asia and the US. In working with the Practice Group, you will engage and work with various stakeholders and clients - corporate, State and non-profit organisations. As we engage on global, regional as well as local levels, your role may include travelling.

Your task: Your task is to support the evolving work in the Human Rights and Business Practice Group. You must be able to work in a team with a high pace, where innovation, passion and flexibility are central. You will engage in different tasks including conducting human rights research, critical analysis, web searches for relevant material, scanning large amounts of documents for relevant information, developing recommendations, taking notes at meetings, conducting interviews and supporting drafting of client proposals. You must be familiar with conducting human rights analysis. You should be comfortable interacting with individuals of different cultures and backgrounds. As a member of Enact’s team you will also be supporting other projects relating to sustainability and internal work.
